All items ship express or express international with tracking. If you are in the US you will receive your item within 2-5 business days. Outside the US 7-9 business days.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Please leave a note with your return for the item you would like to exchange it with. Only new unused items in original packaging can be exchanged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, and you want to purchase another item, just contact us via email.

"I absolutely love these lace headbands. The first one i got was grey, and i loved it so much got it in three more colors: cobalt blue, white, and fancy black. The lace has a beautiful design, and when it came it fits snugly to my head so that it’s not too loose or tight. Its a great buy! :)"

"So pleased with the quality of the lace. There's also enough stretch to hold my curly thick hair perfectly! I would suggest paying attention to the description for each headband, as some are wider than others. Many overlooked the measurement and gave the product an unfair review. I've already purchased five of these in different colors and styles, and I love them all! I paid full price for all my ShariRose pieces, and they are worth every penny."
