Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

"I absolutely love these lace headbands. The first one i got was grey, and i loved it so much got it in three more colors: cobalt blue, white, and fancy black. "I have already bought 2 of these headbands and I LOVE THEM! (The Merlot and gold/black) There are beautiful and durable. I am just about to buy two more! My original reason was to get a covering for my white hair roots growing out. I have decided to no longer color my hair after 25 years and I'm curious how white my hair really is. :) With Covid and the quarantine, my hair is dual tone now and I need a coverup while the roots grow out. I can spread it out in full over my hair or fold it for less coverage. Either way, it fits nicely. Snug and not too tight or loose. I strongly recommend these hair bands!"
